It’s the Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania. A fabulous place, with lots of wild game walking around inside a large dormant volcanic crater, which now contains a lake and vegetation. When I visited there lions came up to within a few yards of our vehicle. We also saw rhinos, zebras and much more. Identifying it was easy for me as I have been there and previously looked at it on Google Earth. If you ever get a chance to go there– do it!
