Île longue (Long Island) is the base go the French Nuclear Missile Submarines and one of the most secretive and heavily defended places in France, according to Wikipedia

A few years ago, Greenpeace entered this military zone as a protest against the nuclear warheads that are based here.

Contest #198 answer: Llívia, Spanish enclave in France

On July 5th Gary tweeted: “Can you guess where I am? Clue: Everywhere I look I see Spain and everywhere I look I see France.”

The answer of course was: Llívia, which is a Spanish enclave in the south of France.
