In 1963 Alfred Hitchcock made his movie ‘The Birds’. He chose the Bodega Bay in California as his main location. Although most of the shooting was done in a mockup in the English studios, the Tides Wharf & Restaurant was the place where Tippi Hedren found her shelter when the Birds attacked.

This place is a good shelter for aerial attacks

This place became famous thanks to the Sound of Music movie. It is the Benediktinen-Frauenstift Nonnberg (the Nonnberg Nunnery) in Salzburg, Austria.

It is the oldest female convent north of the Alps and te place where Maria Augusta Kutschera was a postulant before she became known as Maria von Trapp.

At least 600,000 people, but probably over 1 million are living in the Dharavi slum, which makes this part of the India town of Mumbai one of the largest slums in the world.

It was the scene of ‘Slumdog millionaire‘, a 2008 movie by director Danny Boyle, an 8-times Oscar winning production.
